Service/Warranty Work and Repair

If you are having issues with your MUN issued Dell or Apple desktop, laptop, or tablet (iOS/Android) please submit a ticket to the ITS Service Desk (864-4595 or help@mun.ca). If your department has its own IT Support, please reach out to them first.

In warranty, and out of warranty repairs for these devices will be coordinated by Client Services, ITS.
