Welcome New Students!
Memorial to offer remote program delivery for fall 2020
Memorial University will welcome new and returning students to a primarily remote teaching and learning environment for the fall semester. Full in-person, on-campus courses will not resume before January 2021. More info here
We are so happy you have chosen to study at Memorial University of Newfoundland (St. John's campus). Our team of advisors and student staff are here to help whether you need arrival information, or just a friendly chat. We can talk to you about health insurance, career options, immigration procedures and settling in to your virtual campus life.
Due to the unprecedented pandemic, Memorial’s spring semester, like that of our counterparts across Canada, will be offered via remote instruction. You can keep yourself up to date about how Memorial University is responding to the COVID 19 by visiting our central information hub.
Please do not try to travel to Canada at this time. If you are already in Canada but not in NL, be aware that inter-provincial travel requires 14-day self-isolation upon arrival.
All the best to you & stay safe,
Dr. Sonja Knutson
