Since you are only partially vaccinated or are not vaccinated, please note that if you are over 18, you must arrive in Canada before January 15, 2022. After this date, you will only be allowed to enter the country if you are fully vaccinated with one of the vaccines approved for entry into Canada. International students younger than 18 years of age are exempt from the above entry requirement. You cannot quarantine in another province at this time.

If you are unvaccinated and under 18 - to prepare for your arrival, you will have to do the following: 

1. You can quarantine at an pre-approved hotels or at the Signal Hill Campus of Memorial University (if space is available), but you are not required to do so.
2. Alternatively, you can quarantine in the community as long as you comply with Federal Guidelines and Provincial Guidelines. 
3. Develop your quarantine plan and check to see if it is likely to be valid. For example, you quarantine plan should address:
1. The type of accommodation you will be in for self-isolation (examples)
2. The location where you will stay for at least 14 days
3. How you plan to get your meals and essentials delivered to you
4. How you plan to be separate from other people/housemates
5. Evaluate your plan at the Government of Canada's Website
