A great deal of information has changed throughout the course of the pandemic, so please refer back to this site often to confirm if things have changed or not.
Winter 2022 Arrivals
It is important to note that there is a MUN staff holiday break December 25th, 2021 - January 4th, 2022 inclusive, and services may be reduced or unavailable during that time (both at MUN and in the community due to several federal holidays). Self-isolation services and supports will still be available, but the following deadlines apply:
- Deadline for International students submitting an Arrivals Form for travel prior to January 15th, 2022 is December 15th, 2021.
- Deadline for International students submitting travel information (flight itineraries and quarantine plans) to the self-isolation team (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com) is December 17th, 2021.
Supporting travel documents (travel letters, confirmations, etc.) will not be issued December 23rd, 2021 – January 5th, 2022 inclusive.
- Signal Hill Campus will not be accepting self-isolation arrivals between November 2nd - 21st, 2021. Those who wish to self isolate at Signal Hill must arrive between November 22nd - December 8th 2021, or after January 5th, 2022. No arrivals will be permitted at Signal Hill between December 9th, 2021 - January 4th, 2022 inclusive as self-isolation services will not be available December 24th, 2021 - January 4th, 2022. Those wishing to arrive at Signal Hill January 5th-15th should note the deadlines above in 1 and 2.
- The Arrivals form will be unavailable between December 21st, 2021 - January 5th, 2022 inclusive. The self-isolation inbox (firstname.lastname@example.org) will be monitored daily.
