The eAlert incident report form has been created to allow all members of the university community to report incidents that may be a concern to the health, safety and security. The incident report will be assigned to the proper resource within the University for follow-up. Please note that this system is not monitored on a 24-7 basis and emergent incidents should be reported to Campus Enforcement and Patrol at 864-4100 or to 911.
