As a key part of Memorial University, the Leslie Harris Centre of Regional Policy and Development helps diverse groups and individuals across the province connect with the knowledge and research resources of Memorial, serving as a bridge between the university and the communities of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Harris Centre is currently in the process of appointing Regional Associates, to support relationship-building between their region and the University, and to help identify opportunities for information exchange and knowledge mobilization efforts that support regional development.
