Campus Planning at Memorial

The Campus Master Plan proposes a comprehensive vision for the future of the St. John's campus, Ocean Sciences Centre, and the Signal Hill Campus. It considers Memorial's strategic goals and envisions potential projects and initiatives that could be implemented to achieve them.

Check back in December to view a working draft of the Signal Hill campus and  the Ocean Sciences Centre and provide your input.

Community Consultation Session

On May 19th, a community wide virtual consultation session on the draft plan for the St. John's Campus was held.

The draft plan provides future visioning for the campus with a time horizon of 15 years and beyond. The plan provides a flexible design framework which can evolve with evolving university needs. Its goal is to bring connectivity and community to the campus, while improving facilities and infrastructure. Once the plan has been finalized, and as funding and opportunities arise, proposed recommendations within the Campus Master Plan will be further explored as capital projects.
