This is a program like no other! Geared specifically for high school students who are excelling in science/math/physics courses, our ArcticENGINEER is a week-long enrichment program designed to expose participants to the dynamic world of Arctic Engineering. Students will learn about the vast roles that Engineers play in Arctic research, as well as the many reasons that they should be excited about their own possibilities in this growing field. Participants in this program will have opportunities to see some of the most interesting and advanced technology that is available in the industry, as well as work with experts in the field of Arctic Engineering.
Spaces in this program are limited, and not all students who apply can be accepted. Students must submit an Application Form, Referral Form, and a personal essay highlighting their interests in arctic engineering. Applications are currently being accepted for summer 2015 and are due by June 24. Please visit our website at the link above to download application and referral forms.
Dates: July 27 – July 31 and August 3 – August 7
Program Cost: $200.00 for the week
