Admission Requirements

Admission to programs within the Faculty of Education is limited, selective and highly competitive. Therefore, meeting minimum admission requirements does not guarantee acceptance to a program.

The Faculty reserves the right to limit the number of spaces available in each program. When the number of eligible applicants exceeds the number of spaces available in a particular program, preference may be given to students who are permanent residents of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Faculty of Education expects a student to provide evidence of a clear criminal record check before he/she is assigned to a school. Please refer to the Faculty of Education section of the Memorial University calendar.
