Focusing on the theme of Connect, Collaborate and Innovate, Memorial’s 3rd annual IT Conference will bring together IT service providers from across the university for a two day conference to learn about new trends in IT and what’s happening in IT at Memorial. Attendees will have an opportunity to connect with their peers, collaborate on opportunities, and innovate IT service delivery for Memorial's students, faculty and staff.

Adam Keating graduated from Memorial's Mechanical Engineering program in April 2017, finishing at the top of the 2017 graduating class in both academics and leadership. Adam has led the Paradigm Hyperloop (formerly OpenLoop) team since 2015, a team whose accomplishments include placing second out of 1200 teams at Elon Musk's international SpaceEx Hyperloop Pod Competition.
After completing six work terms ranging from working on Hebron to a silicon valley medical startup building the next revolutionary cancer treatment machine, Adam decided to start his own company. Adam founded CoLab Software, a collaborative software platform for executing innovative design projects. He also advises and mentors for DuXion Motors, a startup building the future of electric aviation.
Technical Sales & Innovation Executive IBM Canada
Chris Pratt leads IBM Canada’s Systems Technical Sales and Innovation team. With a passion for technology and over 35 years of experience in a diverse range of environments he brings a grounded perspective to some of the hype surrounding our industry. His national role as part of a North American team allows him insight into all industries and the Public Sector where he works on finding solutions to complex problems of all sizes. His past work has included solution design, project management and support of large organizations in their deployment of leading edge technology for business benefit. He is a founding member of IBM’s Worldwide Server Consolidation Group where he obtained a patent as a co-author of IBM’s ALIGN Methodology.
