Help With PDF Format
Adobe Reader is the most popular program in the world for viewing, creating, managing and manipulating PDF (Portable Document Format) files. When you are trying to upload a document to My MUNLife, that file must be in .pdf format. There are a couple of ways to create your .pdf file:
1. If you have Adobe Acrobat (r), you can create your own .pdf files.
2. If you are using Microsoft (r) Word, you can create your document (such as a resume or cover letter), then select File, Save As. Next, click the down-arrow in the "Save as Type" box near the bottom of the Save As window, and then select "PDF" as the type. Use a meaningful name for your file, and it is good practice to save it with no spaces, as that is required by the My MUNLife site.
