Svetovidov's (1948) hypothesis of Gadiform relationships

Svetovidov presents a dichotomous key, in which each successive taxon moving to the right is sister to the remaining taxa. Note Trisopterus as outgroup to other gadids, juxtaposition of Microgadus & Eleginus, separation of Gadus, Boreogadus, & Theragra.
