BRCA1 variants implicated in susceptibility to breast-ovarian cancer
Genetics variation at the BRCA1 locus
has been implicated in susceptibility to breast and (or)
ovarian cancer in humans. The table lists 35 allelic variants
so implicated, sorted by type of variant: these are Deletions and Insertions of 1 ~ 40 base
pairs, non-synonymous
substitutions leading to replacement of amino acids, and
premature Terminations.
