Research Statement

My current research is looking at pre- and early contact Inuit populations in Southern Labrador. I will be reassessing work done in Groswater Bay and Hamilton Inlet in order to create a new chronology of Inuit movement southward. I am also focused on the creation of site interpretations that will benefit local communities and engage visitors in the cultural history of the area.
