PLEASE NOTE: We will respond to your submission as thoroughly and as promptly as possible. However, if you intend to use our online tutoring services, please be aware of the following:

Our tutorial sessions, both face-to-face and online, are limited to 45-60 minutes.
Depending on the length of your submission and the number of concerns, we may not be able to address everything in one session.
An exchange of email messages over a number of days may be necessary to address all your concerns.
It can take up to two full business days for each reply (i.e., a draft emailed on a Friday afternoon might not receive a response until Tuesday of the next week).

Therefore, we urge you to begin working with us well in advance of your assignment’s due date!

Please do not rely on our online service if you normally attend classes on campus. Come in and see us!
