Wellness Resource Kiosk-Now on the UC 3rd floor every Thursday!

Visit the Wellness Resource Kiosk to get information on a variety of health topics, find resources for papers and assignments, and speak to peers!

The Kiosk will be set up Thursdays in the UC, 3rd Floor! Come check it out!


Every Tuesday! "Trojan Trolley Tuesdays"

Time: 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Location: 3rd Floor, UC

Protect yourself and your partner by buying some condoms every Tuesday from 11-1 on the third floor of the UC.

Get 10 condoms for $2; an assortment of colors and styles available. Remember: "No Glove...No Love!"

Stop in to see the most up to date issue of Student Health 101; an interactive online wellness magazine! Learn interesting and helpful information and enter to win fantastic prizes!


February 2- March 22nd- "Healthy Lifestyles Group"

Time: Every Thursday, 12noon-1pm. Location: UC5002

Small changes = Big differences! Attend our Healthy Lifestyles Group and find out what works for you. Incorporating activity and healthy eating habits into your lifestyle has many positive health benefits. The MUN Counselling Centre's Wellness Program is offering a free 8 week Healthy Lifestyles group to help you reach your health goals. Sessions begin October 6th, 2011 and are held at the Counselling Centre UC 5002 in a comfortable and private setting. FREE Lunch will be provided! Call 864-2659 for more information.
