Dr. Barbara Roebothan is an Associate Professor of Community Health at Memorial Universityand a Registered Dietitian associated with the College of Dietitians in Newfoundland and Labrador. Her research primarily focuses in on community nutrition, nutrition surveys, and dietary intake
data in Newfoundland and Labrador. Dr. Roebothan is heavily involved in the community. In addition toher membership in the College of Dietitians in Newfoundland and Labrador, she is associated with, for example, the Provincial Food and Nutrition Advisory Committee and the Kids Eat Smart Foundation. Most recently, she was named Volunteer Faculty Member of the Year award by the Student Volunteer Bureau at Memorial University.
