Memorial’s Board of Regents has approved the reappointment of Glenn Blackwood as vice-president, Memorial University (Marine Institute) for a second five-year term effective Nov. 1, 2016.
The Cross-Campus Initiatives Fund and Conference Fund are now accepting applications.

The health and safety of our employees, students and visitors are paramount. Based on elevated levels of lead found in the drinking water of two buildings on Memorial’s St. John’s campus, the university was closed on July 31 and Aug. 1. A safe, adequate supply of water is now available for students, faculty, staff and visitors and as a result, the main St. John's campus is open.
