Conference Services

The main campus of Memorial University is located at the north end of the historic city of St. John's, and is seven minutes drive from St. John's International Airport and from the downtown area. It is adjacent to a 3,500 acre park with walking trails, ponds, and public golf courses.

Event Planning: The Conference Office of Memorial University of Newfoundland offers expertise in organizational management for meetings, workshops, seminars and conferences. The office also may be contracted to function as a conference secretariat or to undertake the management and running of one or more of the event components.

From May - August, single and twin may be reserved. Some family apartments are available.

Meeting Space: Lecture theatres, classrooms, seminar rooms, board rooms and an exhibition area are available for rental year round.
