Course Name: Sociology 3290 – Deviance is an introduction to the major sociological theories and methodologies used to study deviance and crime. Take note that this is a world wide web-based course section (3 credit hours).

Required Qualifications:

A completed Master’s Degree in Sociology with a specialization in deviance and crime is required. Previous teaching experience at the post secondary level is required. Experience with distance education course technology and delivery is required. Previous experience teaching this course and demonstrated teaching effectiveness would be an asset.
