A variety of information sessions will be offered to new graduate students to help in the transition into graduate life at Memorial. Students are encouraged to take part in the following information sessions:

 

Graduate Housing

The Off-Campus Housing Office and The Battery Facility Graduate Accommodations will be presenting an information session on housing options for current graduate students.

Emergency Management

The Office of the Chief Risk Officer will present on two pan-university implementation plans: Emergency preparedness and the Assessment and Care Protocol for Disturbing and Threatening Behaviour. The two plans are very important initiatives from a safety perspective and should be observed by current graduate students.

Funding & Scholarships

The School of Graduate Studies will be presenting an information sessions on upcoming scholarship opportunities and deadline dates for current graduate students.

Getting Involved

The Student Volunteer Bureau and Memorial Leadership Programs will be presenting an information session on how to get involved on campus through various volunteer opportunities.
