Exploring the lives of Canadian Commuters: Memorial researcherís work featured on CFI website

The work of Dr. Barbara Neis, professor in the Faculty of Arts and project director of the On the Move Partnership, is the subject of a feature story on the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) website.

The On the Move Partnership is exploring the spectrum of work-related mobility in Canada: from extended daily commutes through prolonged absences in other provinces and countries; and from highly-paid executives to minimum-wage service jobs; and the temporary migration by foreign workers into Canada.

The story, by Tim Lougheed, can be read online, http://innovation.ca/en/ResearchInAction/ImpactStory/BonavistaVancouverIsland
