Memorial University provides for registration through Memorial Self-Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your registrations are accurate and appropriate.
If you do not have web access for a prolonged time during the registration period, and cannot ask a trusted family member or friend to register on your behalf, an alternative mail-in registration is available. This Alternate Registration Form should be received in the Office of the Registrar before your assigned registration window. Note that Alternate Registration is not available if a student has outstanding fees.
If you have not registered at the university within the last three semesters, you are required to complete an Application for Re-admission. If you are a current student, check your time and date to register through Memorial Self-Service. You are eligible to register from that time until the close of Registration.
Memorial University uses a registration priority system to determine the date and time of undergraduate students' registration. This system is based on the programme of study, the number of credit hours earned and the grade point average. For students new to post-secondary studies, early-offer scholarship recipients register first; all other new students register in accordance with a schedule based on the first three letters of their last name.

The University Regulations for Continuance and Readmission are applied at the end of each semester for each student who is registered in a course load of at least 9 credit hours on the last day for adding courses in a semester or session, including a student who later drops courses and changes to part-time status. There are academic implications if you do not meet the general academic criteria for continuance. As well, most academic units have separate promotion or advancement criteria for continuation in specific programs of study. It is your responsibility to know the criteria for your program of study, and you should check the regulations of the appropriate academic unit for details.
