Current and past Memorial students can access a variety of services through our office. These include, but are not limited to: course registration changes, enrolment verification, transcripts, and exam rereads. Most of our services can be accessed through your Self-Service account, but in-person, telephone and email requests are also accepted. While most of our services are free, exam rereads have a small fee.
Forms can be picked up at our counter, but we encourage you to use our fillable online forms. To speed up the processing time, please ensure all forms requiring departmental signatures are signed before you drop them off at our office.
