Your Memorial University transcript is the complete and unabridged record of your academic history at this university.
Among the many services available through Memorial Self-Service is the ability to view your academic record online, to download and print an unofficial copy, and to request a printed official copy of your transcript.
All students, both current and former, have access to Memorial Self-Service. If you have used Memorial Self-Service or the telephone registration system before, your PIN will remain as you specified. If you have never used Self-Service or the telephone system, or if you have recently applied for re-admission to Memorial, you will have an initial six-digit PIN comprising your birth year followed by your two-digit day of birth. Feel free to email us if you have difficulty accessing your account.
The transcript key, which explains what the transcript entries mean, can be downloaded as a pdf file here. For an explanation of what numeric and letter grades and the associated grade points on the transcript mean, consult the General Academic Regulations on Grading in the University Calendar.
Official transcripts are released directly from the Office of the Registrar at Memorial University, and have the signature of the Registrar.
To request a printed official copy of your transcript, click on 'Academic Information Menu' and then 'Request Official Transcript'. Once you have submitted your request, you may check its status on the same web page.
If you are having transcript request issues, please email email@example.com, and include:

For your security, we cannot accept requests for official transcripts via e-mail or by telephone. Only requests bearing your signature, either in writing or electronically through the secure access to Memorial Self Service, can be processed.
Please note that we do not issue transcripts as facsimiles or as attachments to e-mail messages.
Unofficial transcripts can be downloaded or printed by the student through Memorial Self Service. An unofficial transcript provides the same student information as an official transcript; however, the document does not have the signature of the Registrar.
