Your official transcript, available through Memorial Self-Service, serves as confirmation of your full or part-time status, but if you require additional confirmation of enrolment for submission to a third party, you can request an enrolment verification letter via Memorial Self-Service. Login using your student number and PIN, then click on the link to the "Registration" menu, and follow the instructions labelled "Request Enrolment Verification." Once you have submitted your request, you may check its status on the same web page by using the "Enrolment Verification Status."
Who can use the service?
Most registered undergraduate or graduate students can use the online enrolment verification service.
For international students at Grenfell Campus, enrolment verification requests must be submitted in person to the Registrar's Office - AS277.
Registered undergraduate medical students should not request enrolment verification using Memorial Self Service. MD enrolment verification can be requested directly from the Faculty of Medicine. Incoming Phase 1 MD students may submit a request for enrolment verification to Student Affairs, firstname.lastname@example.org. Registered MD students may submit a request for enrolment verification to the Undergraduate Medical Education Office, email@example.com.
How long will it take to process my request?
Most enrolment verification requests are processed within two working days. If extenuating circumstances warrant a priority service, please contact our office in person (A2003) or via telephone, 709-864-8260.
What options do I have for delivery of my enrolment verification letter?
We can email, fax or mail your letter to you or to a third party that you identify on the request. It can also be picked up at the Office of the Registrar main counter at A2003 by you or someone you have designated by name in advance. Please note that photo identification is required to pick up documents at the Office of the Registrar.
Is there a charge for this service?
No, as in the past, there is no charge for this service.
