CITL supports the University's faculty members, per course instructors, postdoctoral fellows, instructional staff members, and graduate students by providing educator development opportunities that enhance knowledge and skills in teaching. The team supports a collaborative, responsive, and pragmatic approach to developing services and programs related to teaching and learning using a blended format. Among the services provided are professional development experiences and programs for teaching development; individual and small group consultations; and assistance with teaching dossier preparation. Support is given for awards applications as well as other activities and initiatives that recognize excellence in university teaching.
