Those students who have completed some of the required courses may be able to complete a preparation programme at the St. John's campus of MUN during the 1996-97 academic year which will enable them to enter the programme at UNB in the Fall of 1997. No further Forestry courses will be offered in St. John's after the 1996-97 year. For more details, students are referred to pages 338-339 of the current university calendar.
In order to be considered for continuation to the second year of the forestry programme at Sir Wilfred Grenfell College in 1997, students must have completed ten courses including the following:
Biology 1001, 1002
Chemistry 1200, 1001 (or equivalent)
Mathematics 1000 or Mathematics 1080 and Mathematics 1081
Earth Sciences 1000
English 1000 (or equivalent)
Forestry 1010, 1011
