Reward Collaboration

President's Award for Public Engagement Partnerships

Reward collaboration. Nominate an exemplary community-university partnership for the President's Award for Public Engagement Partnerships. The deadline for nominations is Friday July 3 2015.


Quick Start Fund for Public Engagement

The 2015 Quick Start Fund for Public Engagement will close to new applications on May 31 2015. The fund supports small projects such as preliminary meetings, events and community-engaged learning projects that are in keeping with the goals of Memorial’s Public Engagement Framework.

The Quick Start fund is open to Memorial faculty, staff, groups and organizations and provides up to $1000 per project. The total amount to be distributed through the current cycle of the fund is $40,000.

Public Engagement Postdoctoral Fellowships

Memorial’s Office of Public Engagement and the Faculty of Arts were pleased to offer the inaugural Postdoctoral Fellowship in association with the Shorefast Foundation in 2014. Dr. Pam Hall was the recipient of the fellowship.

New fellowship opportunities will be announced in 2015.
