The Office of Public Engagement offers funding programs to further the goals and objectives of the Public Engagement Framework.
2014 Public Engagement Postdoctoral Fellowship
Memorial’s Office of Public Engagement and the Faculty of Arts were pleased to offer a new Postdoctoral Fellowship in association with the Shorefast Foundation in 2014.
Dr. Pam Hall was the recipient of the fellowship. New fellowship opportunities will be announced in 2015.
Quick Start Fund for Public Engagement
The Quick Start Fund for Public Engagement supports small projects such as preliminary meetings, events and service learning projects, that are in keeping with the goals of Memorial’s Public Engagement Framework.
The Quick Start fund is available to Memorial faculty, staff, groups and organizations, and provides up to $1000 per project. The 2013-14 round has closed but the fund will reopen in 2015.
