Mussel bound
Cyr Couturier and Dr. Jay Parsons from the Centre for Aquaculture and Seafood Development at the Marine Institute are involved in the mussel health project. The objectives of the mussel health project are to grow mussels to market size and to move mussels to other areas. The mussels need to be healthy in order to avoid spreading disease and to keep their population stable.
