The James and Betty Batt Family Award in Pharmacy
The James and Betty Batt Family Award in Pharmacy was generously established by Mr. Michael Batt, School of Pharmacy, Class of 1991, in loving memory of his grandparents James and Betty Batt. The award is valued at a portion of the income from the endowment and will be presented annually to an undergraduate student in any year of the Pharmacy program. The award is available to a student who is in financial need and who is actively engaged in community service, either within the School of Pharmacy or the external community and who meets the minimum academic requirements for an award. The award will be granted by the Senate Committee on Undergraduate Scholarships, Bursaries and Awards upon the recommendation of the Dean of the School of Pharmacy.
