Transportation

Buses will be available all day Wednesday, January 14th, 2009 to bring delegates from the airport to the Delta St. John’s. Buses will also be available all day Sunday, January 18th, 2009 to bring delegates from the Delta St. John’s to the airport. Delegates traveling by alternative methods or those who arrive prior to Wednesday or leave after Sunday will be responsible for their own transportation costs. Since venues for PDW 2009 are all centrally located and are accessible via an indoor walkway, delegates will not require outdoor transportation to attend conference events. The CAPSI competitions will be held at the MUN School of Pharmacy and thus buses will be provided for participants of this event.

To guarantee transportation to and from the St. John’s airport/Delta hotel upon arrival and departure, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for providing your FLIGHT ITINERARIES by JANUARY 1st, 2009. If you do not submit this information, it will be YOUR REPSONSIBILITY to get to and from the airport. If your flight is not booked at time of registration, please send your flight itineraries to pdw2009@mun.ca immediately upon booking.
