Reservations
Delegates are responsible for making their own reservations. One person from each room should call Delta’s toll-free reservation number (1-800-268-1133) to book accommodations. This should
be done by December 1st, 2008. Since a fixed amount of rooms are set aside for conference delegates, it is imperative to call and book your room early. Be sure to identify yourself as being with Memorial University of Newfoundland and provide our room block code: GBCAPS. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Please note that check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. We realize that since some delegates may be arriving before or departing after these times, you may require a safe place to store your luggage while out exploring beautiful St. John’s. The Delta St. John’s has ensured us that the porters will gladly store delegates’ luggage in a safe place, if required during these times.
