Student Employment
The Learning Resource Centre (LRC) employs one or two senior
nursing students each term as lab assistants. Applications are
submitted to the Memorial Undergraduate Career Experience Program
(MUCEP). These student assistants supervise the LRC during practice
times and assist the LRC instructors in lab preparation and
maintenance. Our past students have reported that the nursing
environment, student contact, and skill knowledge of this job has
had a positive impact on their nursing career.
