  Funding --
membership fees -- individual, takeholder, organization/agency/institution (federal & provincial)

create plans targeted at funding audiences (university, commissioned, private, healthcare organizations)

create a business plan -- ongoing year to year

access as many funding sources as possible

  Structure/Organizational Development --
committe structure & terms of reference

periodic evaluation of mandate and organizational effectivness

select/elect "key positions" annually

schedule an AGM every year for face-to-face interactions, issues, consensus, and to continue organizational development work

  Meetings --
Monthly on-line meetings

continue to keep and distribute minutes of meetings
