comprehensive professional development
for today's string musician
The Suncor Energy String Fellowship Program is a two-year, comprehensive professional development experience for string players ready to engage in the next phase of their career training. The two violinists, violist and cellist chosen to participate in the program will gain orchestral performance experience as contract members of the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra, will mentor young string players through small ensemble performances and regular teaching, and will continue their own growth as musicians as degree candidates in the Master of Music program at Memorial University.
