UPDATE -- AUGUST 1/08
Arriving By Air:
Once you pick up your baggage, taxi services are available at the airport just outside the arrivals area.
Tell the taxi driver to take you from the airport to Memorial University 's Hatcher House Residence. The ride is about 10 minutes and the taxi is just outside the baggage area once you pick up your bags. The cost will by about $20.

Accommodations on Campus:
Hatcher House and the other residences are located between the School of Music and the Arts and Culture Centre. When you go into the main entrance at Hatcher House there'll be someone at the kiosk to register you. There's also a phone nearby to contact someone if the kiosk is empty.
From there you'll probably be ushered to Doyle House. Don't forget to take your own towel and soap as the residence fee quoted is for spartan accommodations.
