The workshops are open to anyone who is
interested in learning, playing, dancing, listening and enjoying a
closer time with some talented and engaging artists.
Here is a guide to the five styles of workshops offered:
I for Instructional - Bring your instrument (or your feet, for the dance workshops)IP for Interactive Performance
D is for Demonstration
C is for Conversation
S is for Session - Bring your instruments!
The workshop spaces will get warm - light, comfortable clothing is advised. Water, fans (and towels for the dance workshops) will be available.
Workshop Passes come in three sizes:
The Week Long Pass - you will be able to attend up to 20 workshops! - $80The Day Pass - good for up to four workshops - $18
The Individual Workshop - Admission to one workshop - $5
Workshop Passes (but not individual workshops) will be available for sale starting Monday, July 21st at Fred's Records on Duckworth Street and at O'Brien's Music Store on Water Street here in St. John's.
Passes as well as individual workshop admission will be available at the information & merchandise desk located in the main hall of the Arts and Culture Centre during the week of the convention.
