We at Memorial are embarking on a search for any persons who have sung in a choir at Memorial University since the campus moved to its Prince Philip Drive location. We are very curious to know just how many voices have been raised in song either here on campus or at the extension campuses in the past 50 years or so.
If you have ever been a member of one of these choirs and sung under the direction of Ignatius “Nish” Rumboldt, Donald Cook or Douglas Dunsmore, please go to the address below and let us know where, when and with whom you took part in the special community that is and was choral singing at MUN. In the near future, we hope to compile a list of choirs and their members, and we are confident that the number of those who have taken part in this particular Newfoundland and Labrador tradition will be legion.
Did you or one of your relatives ever sing in any of the following MUN Choirs?
