About MUN.ca outlines the current process for how web sites are created and maintained. By following these processes you are assured that your site will be integrated seamlessly using the latest available technology into the larger Web community.

As an Information Provider within the University's Web Presence I agree to:
  1. Accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information I provide.
  2. Clearly label the home page (or main directory) with:
  3. Notify webfeedback@mun.ca if I am unable to continue as an Information Provider.
  4. Adhere to Memorial University guidelines regarding Commercialism and Conflict of Interest.
  5. Adhere to all applicable copyright laws, licensing agreements and other legal restrictions on reproducing information.
  6. Recognize that "control-access" to this website must remain with MUN faculty, staff and students. Outside agents may be employed to produce material but the installation and maintenance of the stored material must remain with MUN faculty staff or students.

Computing & Communications reserves the right to choose the URL for all websites hosted on the central servers, or to reject any application.
Applications for websites that are not directly recognized for the entity applying, should attach a description of the relevance of the requested URL.
