Memorial’s commitment to the United Way in 2013 was recently recognized by United Way Newfoundland and Labrador at its annual campaign celebration held April 10, 2014.
April 7, 2014 – Memorial University’s continued commitment to United Way has led the university to announce new campaign chairs for its workplace campaign.
Sixteen community-focused Memorial students showed their commitment to United Way Newfoundland and Labrador on Friday, March 7, 2014, by volunteering with the Association for New Canadians.
In preparation for the 2013 holiday season, staff in Student Affairs joined together and stuffed socks in support of the United Way of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Stuff-a-Sock Campaign.
