A Menu for Success: Dining Etiquette in the Professional World

Ever wonder why there are so many forks at a place setting? Unsure of when to place your napkin on your lap? Are there certain things you shouldn't talk about at the dinner table? You'll get answers to these questions and more at A Menu for Success: Dining Etiquette in the Professional World.

Enjoy a delicious three-course meal and network with alumni and students as our etiquette coach guides you through choosing the right fork, the right attire and the right conversation to make a positive impression. Includes a three-course meal with vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options available upon request.

An experienced etiquette coach will guide you through choosing the right fork, the right attire and the right conversation to make a positive impression.

Cost: $40per alumni | $30 per student (Includes all taxes plus a $1 service fee)

Menu:

  • Appetizer: Spinach salad topped with strawberries, mandarins and pecans served with poppyseed dressing
  • Main: Roast sage turkey with pear apple dressing 
  • Dessert: Crème Brulee - creamy vanilla bean custard, crusted with caramelized sugar and garnished with fresh berries
