Event Planning


Marketing & Communications organizes numerous institutional events each year, including the fall and spring Convocation ceremonies, the President's Awards Celebrations and the annual Ceremony of Remembrance.

We also help groups within the university plan their own events by offering advice on venues, logistics, publicity and promotion.

In fact, our event planning contacts offer suggestions that organizers can use to ensure that their event is a success.

We can also assist with questions about event development, protocol and guest lists for official functions.
