Issues Management
Like any large institution with a diverse community and an important public mandate, there are many issues that affect or involve the university that require specific attention.
The purposes of this unit include:
- to identify, delineate and analyse those issues which will have direct or indirect impact on Memorial University
- to ensure that Memorial University’s viewpoint is clearly defined and properly communicated
- to ensure that other viewpoints are delineated and understood
- to communicate the university’s position in a fair, forthright, effective, respectful and professional manner
