International students at Memorial University and members of the multicultural community in St. John’s are coming together to hold an international bazaar to recognize International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. This is your chance to try something different for lunch. There will be delicious foods from countries around the world. There will also be a wide assortment of products for sale, such as handmade jewelry from Kenya and silk scarves from China. Come on out and try something different for lunch or buy something international. The bazaar will take place on the third floor of the Smallwood Centre, Memorial University, on Wednesday, March 23, from 12-3 p.m. Limited parking is available in Lots 16 and 16A next to the student centre. Everyone is welcome.
