Dr. Axel Meisen, president of Memorial University of Newfoundland, will be the guest speaker at the Feb. 3 luncheon meeting of the Rotary Club of St. John's. The luncheon will commence at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 3, at the Fairmont Hotel in St. John's. Dr. Meisen's speech is titled Going Further: Memorial University and is his annual state of the university address. Media agencies are encouraged to send representatives.
