Newfoundland and Labradors harsh weather will be on the radar when CBC meteorologist Ryan Snoddon hosts a special panel discussion this month featuring Memorial University experts.
Extreme Obsession: Our Love-Hate Relationship with the Weather takes place Wednesday, April 30, at 7:30 p.m. in the Bruneau Centre, room IIC-2001, on the St. Johns campus.
Researchers Dr. Brad deYoung, Department of Physics and Physical Oceanography, Faculty of Science; Dr. Norm Catto, Department of Geography, Faculty of Arts; and Dr. Ken Snelgrove, Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science will be a part of the panel discussion.
Mr. Snoddon will emcee the event, which is being organized by the Office of Alumni Affairs and Development.
