Due to inclement weather, the Harris Centre Memorial Presents session, Are We Ready for an Oil Spill in Newfoundland and Labrador's Offshore? scheduled for 7:30 p.m. this evening, Thursday, Feb. 21, at the Sheraton Hotel, Newfoundland, has been cancelled.
