More than 110 exhibitors representing employers, organizations, government agencies and post-secondary institutions from across North America will be on Memorial Universitys St. Johns campus on Wednesday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. for the thirteenth annual Career and Graduate School Fair. The fair is open to current Memorial students and alumni who are looking to network with potential employers, are searching for career direction or are thinking about furthering their education.
The fair is co-ordinated by Memorials department of Career Development and Experiential Learning (CDEL).
The Career and Graduate School Fair is one of the best opportunities at Memorial for students and alumni to network with more than 100 employers and graduate schools offering opportunities, said Jennifer Browne, director, CDEL. They have invested in coming here based on the quality of our graduates and are keen to speak with students and alumni interested in co-op placements, internships and full time employment. Whether in their first year or last year, I encourage all students to drop by and explore opportunities in their fields of study.
Admission to the Career and Graduate School Fair is free. Students and alumni are reminded theyll be required to show their student ID card at the door.
